Retreat 2025 Apply for Accommodation
The retreat is a special time to withdraw from our daily lives and worship the Lord as one.
We believe that our praise worship in the retreat is the fortress and hope for this critical time. We are looking forward to your participation!

- Single occupancy costs an additional ¥8,000 per night on top of the twin room rate. Please understand that we may not be able to meet your request due to the limited number of rooms.
- If you have no companion to apply with or desired roommate, the church will assign your roommate(s).
- Lunch on the last day not included for 2-night stay. No lunch for 1-night stay.
- Children not sharing a bed with an adult will be charged the same rate as adults.
- The participation fee includes accommodation, meals, and retreat facilities. If you use any other services, please pay at the front desk when you check out.
- If you would like to stay the night before, please contact Portopia Hotel directly. If you wish to stay in the same room before and during the retreat, please note that an additional fee will be charged.
- Free child care is available. During worship, we look after children from birth to elementary school age in a separate room and hold child worship. Child care is also available during the concert.

＜Change & Cancellation＞
In case of change or cancellation, please contact the Kohitsuji no Mure Christian Church. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
【On or after February 18 (Japan time)】 10 % of the participation fee
【On or after February 27 (Japan time)】 20% of the participation fee
【On or after March 5 (Japan time)】 80% of the participation fee
【On or after March 11 (Japan time)】 100% of the participation fee
